Our usual hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, central time. We are a small company run by two childbirth educators and doulas. Occasionally there are times when both of us are teaching, attending a birth, or out-of-town at the same time, and we have to close The Family Way Publications office for a day or two. If we happen to be closed during our usual operating days, we will provide that information on the answering machine for our business line at (972) 403-0297. When our office is closed, you can still fax your order to our fax number at (972) 403-1330 or place an online order on this website. We will fill and confirm your order as soon as we return.
