Personalized Handbook Covers

The Family Way Publications offers personalized covers on orders of 500 or more handbooks. Personalized covers are subject to the following guidelines:

• Personalization of the cover is limited to the bottom portion as shown.
• The type face (font) of the customized printing and any logo will be printed in black ink.
• We will "personalize" the cover for you or print the covers using your design. Original artwork should be emailed to us as an attachment in EPS or high resolution TIF format.
• "Proof-copy" covers will be emailed or faxed to you for written approval before final printing.
• Personalized covers are printed the 15th of each month. We need approval of your proof-copy by the 10th of the month. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery after we receive your proof approval.

Since the personalized covers are custom orders, you will have to print a copy of the order form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us. We can take your order by phone, but we will require written approval of a proof-copy before actually sending the cover to press.
